Always be in the know about the
In the Web 2.0 world, Food Delivery Apps (FDA) run a highly centralized ecosystem where they control everything from Restaurants’ discovery, prices, discounts, profits and customers data. Despite all the investors’ cash burn, nobody in the ecosystem seems to be winning – Restaurants have no choice but to be on the FDA despite the losses, Customers whose data is being held and monetized by FDAs, FDAs themselves burning Marketing money and offering discounts haphazardly to ensure “trust” artificially.
Qugometa.io is on a mission to democratize the Food delivery ecosystem across the globe by shifting the power of data from the FDAs to Restaurants and Customers and everyone else in the ecosystem. We want to build a de-centralized Blockchain Network with intuitive user interfaces for Restaurants, Customers and other ecosystem participants to discover, transact and engage with each other without an FDA blocking or misusing the data or dictating prices and profits of anyone.
Qugometa.iowillhelp Restaurants create their Virtual Restaurants on the Metaverse. This layer of Metaverse on top of the “Trustless” Network will create a truly mixed reality for customers where a customer in India can visit a Virtual Restaurant in Paris for lunch and utilize the NFT for access to a premium seat and experience ambience, order for food and get the order delivered home from a locally authorized Chef to eat in real world.
Recipes, Food Art, Historic moments, or digital memorabilia of your favourite Restaurant brand will be available as NFTs on the Qutometa.io. These NFTs will have IRL elements such as exclusive access, free samples, premium seating, NFT airdrops, etc allowing the customers to experience value of owning the NFTs beyond the snob value. This brings the Restaurants closer to the customers than ever. FDAs thrive in ensuring the distance between the ecosystem players to profit out of it!
Blockchain networks have the potential to be global inherently. Qugometa.io network can be expanded globally where the regional Delivery Partners can be onboarded for food delivery on the ground while the Restaurants can be brought onboard seamlessly through KYC.
Hotels, Resorts and Clubs can be brought onto Qugometa.io where the QGO Token can be used for use cases such as Loyalty, Room Booking among others. QPOS with its Property Management Software (PMS) is ready for this in the offchain.
Travel is a natural extension of the Restaurants and Hotels segment where one can do a full virtual tour of any destination – key sight-seeing spots, Hotel Rooms, Restaurants – in the metaverse before booking and travel in the Real World.
The QGO Token is a new form of utility digital asset or token that is built on top of the
Qugoemeta.io Platform. With the QuGo Token, restaurants, merchants, and chefs can trade their loyalty points as QuGo Tokens on Qugometa.io for food ordering and QuGo NFT marketplace. It is intended that QuGo Tokens are tradable assets, as well as a payment method to make payments easier, faster, and frictionless in a new futuristic world and cashless society.
The QuGo token is implemented as an ERC20 compatible token on Ethereum. This ensures interoperability with wallets and other tokens on Ethereum. The QuGo token smart contract handles all transactions and balances in a secure and trusted manner.
We believe it is extremely important to give participants of our Token Sale a deep understanding of the economics of the QuGo token, QGO.
By structuring the use cases and lifecycle of QGO, loyalty system providers, restaurants, merchants, chefs and loyal customers to use loyalty tokens is directly translated into demand for QGO on public exchanges wherein we can trade.
The loyalty industry and POS vendors build a natural and fundamental driver of the QGO business model. For example, will POS providers partnering with QuGoMeta.io make the loyalty programs part of their own portfolio. This approach has three main advantages:
How many QGO tokens will be sold in the TGE?
In total, 55% of all QGO will be distributed in the TGE, where:
What are the cap of the QGO token?
The soft cap of 40Million QGO will be generated and distributed, and we have no plans to increase this number as of now.
What happens if not all QGO will be sold?
If not all allocated QGO for the Token Sale can be sold, these QGO will be transferred to the Onboardings pot and used to onboard brands in the near future.
What happens to the QGO token generated on each transactions?
Depending on the accumulation of tokens with QuGoMeta.io, we will decide on distribution and burning of the tokens to maintain the demand and supply.
What is the QGO price in the Token Sale?
1 QGO = 0.0001 ETH.
Fixing price vs. ETH is necessary due to our smart contract. The exchange rate to ETH will be used to determine the amount of QGO if a contribution is made in another currency.
Who can participate in the QGO Token Sale?
Everyone passing the KYC process is able to participate in the QGO token sale.
Citizens and/or residents of restricted countries are not allowed to purchase QGO during the TGE.
How will QuGoMeta.io authenticate the KYC data?
All KYC data will be checked externally by a trusted third party authority which is compliant with FINMA. All data will be deleted.
What can I do with the QGO token?
Restaurants and Chefs can use the QGO to create NFTs and enable more loyal customers by giving away discounts on QuGoMeta.io ecosystem.
Customers can collect, exchange and redeem these QGO inside QuGoMeta.io
Which cryptocurrencies will be accepted on NFT marketplace?
QGO Token and all Cryptocurrencies
What loyalty bonus will participants of the Token Sale receive?
5% bonus for contributions in the first week on the QuGoMeta.io ecosystem or convert them to QGO to exchange for crypto and FIAT.
Is the QGO transferable?
The QGO will be transferable after the end of the Token Sale.
QGO will only be locked for the ecosystem (36 months), team (36 m.), advisors (6 m.), Pre-Sale (6 m.).
When will QGO be listed on exchanges?
It is our goal that QGO will be listed on several exchanges after the Token Sale.
Why do I need an ERC20 compatible receiver wallet address?
QGO is a ERC20 token. In order to receive the QGO, every contributor needs an ERC20 compatible wallet address.
